Most of our orders are processed in 5 working days but please allow one or two days extra for unforseen issues. You will be contacted if there is to be a delay. Orders placed over weekends and Public Holidays should be processed the next full working week day.
On occasion the shopping cart may overestimate your freight. On such occasions you will be notified and your payment will be reduced when we process it at the shop end.
NZ Orders:
We use Post Haste Couriers for most of our NZ deliveries so your order is signature on delivery and usually overnight. If no one will be at the address to sign for the parcel we recommend delivery to a business address. We are able to write “Permission to Leave” on a parcel but hold no responsibility for these parcels. Rural and some residential areas will require an additional day or two for delivery. Customers will receive an automated email with tracking number. If the parcel does not arrive in this time, please contact Hands so we can check on delivery. We quote for oversize items so contact us with your query.
We have recently added NZ Post to our shipping options, you can select either with tracking or without. These parcels are generally 4-5 working days target delivery and are a cheaper option than the Post Haste overnight couriers. We accept no liability for lost parcels if you do choose to use a non-tracked bag. We have chosen to leave the Post Haste overnight courier options there at this time.
Australian Orders:
All deliveries are shipped by NZ Post international airmail and delivery times are approx. 1-3 weeks. These shipments are untracked. There is also an option for 3-6 day courier with tracking and signature on delivery. Actual freight charges are based on weight and location.

Some countries have import duties and taxes that are not covered by our shipping service. These are the responsibility of the customer. Some products may not be able to be imported into certain countries so please check with your local authority if you are unsure. All documentation will be included with your parcel.
